All suites are individually decorated with hand-picked items. Most suites open to a private balcony or terrace with Caldera and volcano sea views. Several suite categories include a private outdoor hot tub or plunge pool, reaching 35°C in summer and 27°C in winter.

Breakfast is an à la carte menu served in the privacy of each suite. The Q Bar Restaurant offers gastronomic dining with Mediterranean cuisine overlooking the caldera. Guests can also order room service, snack bar items, and special diet menus.
